How Do I Know If I Need Management Support? 

This is a question that we typically ask our clients. For us, it’s one of the most important questions. It’s not always something clients ask us but I’m sure they ask this of themselves.

We work with a lot of talented people across the world and what we find as a common experience is this: to compete in a crowded marketplace as a creative person you have to bring forward a unique offering but you also need to have some basic knowledge of marketing, business development and sales to reach a few customers. Luckily, some people do have this level of knowledge or they can get friends for family to help them.

As your business grows, you’ll find this becomes more demanding: there will be more inquiries, you may have questions about pricing to stay competitive and successful, and questions about the industry norms for contracts. You may also find that event management or travel planning becomes a grind…the list goes on and on.

We typically find that clients are ready for management support when they reach this point - they’ve had some success and are feeling the burden of growth. If it’s taken them away from being creative and enjoying their business and life, we know that they’re ready for us.
